Twitch now lets you filter PUBG streams by the number of remaining players

Thanks to Twitch’s new stream filters, you’re now able to filter PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds streams based on surviving players. Twitch launched this new set of custom filters earlier, and they’re available to everyone watching PUBG streams. The filters allow you to sort by team type (solo, duo, squad), and even by the number of remaining players in the round. You can choose from ‘More than 50′, ’25-50’, or fewer than 25 for the most hectic streams. The filters work in a similar way to the language filters, and you’ll be able to see the results on the spot. No one likes a chicken dinner when it’s cold. Be there for the big moments by watching @PUBG on Twitch with our new custom filters. pic.twitter.com/A4w2z0Bs2s — Twitch (@Twitch) May 15, 2018 The new filters definitely sound cool, but they are not the first PUBG-related innovation from a streaming platform. Fortnite streamer earns a staggering 43 kills in one match

If you think you’re a good Fortnite player, ask yourself whether you could survive against almost half of the players in a single match.

We’ve seen some impressive displays in Fortnite, such as when this player rode their own guided rocket to victory. But few things top getting the vast majority of kills in a 100-player Battle Royale game. This is precisely what happened earlier today, as recorded in a Twitch stream by Teeqzy_. After a solid but relatively slow opening, Teeqzy_ managed to earn a staggering 43 kills and win the game.

The full match is 18 minutes long, but well worth watching for the Teeqzy’s rock-solid gameplay. Even though the audio isn’t in English, it’s pretty easy to follow his strategy of rapid kills and quickly building defensive structures when coming under fire.

Whether this feat can be replicated or surpassed in future games is anyone’s guess, but hats off to Teeqzy_ for literally surviving against half of the players. Now maybe someone should challenge him to a 1 vs 100 player game.

Don’t forget that Fortnite Season 4 will be starting very soon, and we have of everything you’ll need to get started when the comet hits.

Fortnite is available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and smartphone platforms.
